We schedule a 60-minute kickoff to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables. You’ll meet your project lead and confirm scope together.
Submit Your Assets
Send us your brand assets, copy, photos, logins, and any reference materials. The faster we get these, the faster we move. See the checklist below.
Review & Revisions
We deliver a first draft for your review. You give feedback, we revise. Most projects complete within 2 revision rounds. All feedback goes through email or a shared doc.
Launch & Handoff
We go live, walk you through everything, and hand off all files, logins, and documentation. Support window begins the day of launch.
