Minimum Qualifications:

A. Graduation from a regionally accredited college or university or one accredited by the New York State Board of Regents to grant degrees with a baccalaureate degree or higher in Computer Science or closely related field and two (2) years of work experience, or its part time equivalent, in the analysis, testing, and implementation of web design and development; or,

B. Graduation from a regionally accredited college or university or one accredited by the New York State Board of Regents to grant degrees with an associate’s degree in Computer Science or closely related field and four (4) years of work experience or its part time equivalent in the analysis, testing, and implementation of web design and development; or,

C. Six (6) years of work experience or its part time equivalent in the analysis, testing, and implementation of web design and development.

Note: Certification as a valid Professional Webmaster, Web Designer, Web Developer, Web Administrator or a closely related professional certification may be substituted for one (1) year of work experience as noted above.
